Promostal pays great attention to the occupational health and safety issue, both in the workshop and on assembly site. Ensuring safety at work is one of the greatest challenges that we have to face as an employer. Our main objective in the scope of health and safety is to prevent accidents at work. Managing board, site managers and project managers are aware of the fact that we should constantly invest in occupational health and safety and instil good and safe working rules into our employees. Our employees have all the necessary qualifications and authorisations required due to the nature and place of the work. Occupational health and safety is the integral part of the management of our company. We give the same weight to these issues as to either our quality policy or commercial and financial purposes.

We are members of trade unions in Denmark (Dansk Byggeri) and Sweden (Byggnads).

What is more, we have the internal HSE policy which clearly states how we manage health, safety and environment issues in our company.
